DAVE CHANDLER CUP
The 14th anniversary of the cup is in memory of Dave Chandler who was an influential player and president at the Wodonga Hockey Club before losing his battle with cancer in 2002.
The annual cup will again raise money for cancer awareness among men.
“For the seventh successive year, the Wodonga Hockey Club will be raising money for ‘Call To Arms’, an initiative driven by the Victorian Cancer Council for raising the awareness and fight against cancer for men.
The Dave Chandler Cup is held in Wodonga and will see us play off against Magpies, whom Dave had epic battles with! A full day of hockey starting at 9.30am on Sunday with games from divisions 2 and 1.
A BBQ and other fun activities will be held on both Saturday and Sunday.
