Wodonga Hockey Club notice of a ‘Special General meeting’ to pass 3 main points for 2020.

  1. The election of Michael Darmody as the 2020 Treasurer
  2. The election of Alan Warhurst as the 2020 Vice President
  3. Proposed New Club Pavilion spend and approval – See below 5 points

# For the Proposed New Club Pavilion at Silva Drive, Wodonga the following motions are moved to be voted upon.

  1. Approval for the clubs executive to enter into and authorise any agreements deemed necessary in respect to the planning and design of the proposed Club Pavilion.
  2. Approval for the elected committee to direct club funds (including grant funding) as deemed necessary for the planning and design of the proposed Club Pavilion.
  3. Approval for the clubs executive to enter into and authorise any agreements deemed necessary in respect to the construction of the Club Pavilion.
  4. Approval for the elected committee to direct club funds (including grant funding) as deemed necessary for the construction of the Club Pavilion.

5.     The elected Committee is to keep members engaged and informed via regular (minimum of bi monthly) updates during the construction phases of the Club Pavilion
